Make sure that you check your Unit outline in order to ensure that the unit has been approved by the unit/subject convenor for email submission.

This is the Board to use if you seek help regarding on-campus session requirements. Don't forget that most on-campus sessions are compulsory. Exact dates are printed in your Distance Education Handbook in the Schedule of Undergraduate Units (centre of the book)

If you are enrolled in a mix of internal (on-campus) subjects along with your external distance units, this is the Board to post your queries on.

If you are enrolled this way then you are a 'Multi Modal' student.

If you are considering an application to Macquarie University as a distance/external student, you can place your query here regarding the 'Application' process. You should note that the University application process for a place in a distance education program, commences in July-August/ and closes late September annually.

There is usually no late application process available.

You have received an offer of a place at Macquarie and have questions about your new enrolment. Distance Education students should enrol in December/January for a course commencing in March (First Semester).

Remember to return your enrolment form immediately and prior to the enrolment deadline , otherwise you may be liable for a fairly substantial late fee , (usually $200). Enrolments cut off completely usually during the third week of February, no applications are accepted after the 'Cut Off' date.

Remeber also to check the 'Deadlines' board for exact dates Semester by Semester.

Current students with Re-Enrolment issues can discuss administrative issues here. If you have re-enroled already you should note the last day for the further addition of an external subject is the first Friday of week one of the current semester.
